1. Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all accessories included
  • Not an opened hygiene or personal care product

3. How to Start a Return Email support@greatbuysshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping at no cost to you.
  • Change of mind / non-defective returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Timing may vary by bank or payment provider.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Used, opened, or damaged items (unless defective on arrival)
  • Opened hygiene or personal care products
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

9. Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
