How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 6–13 business days from your order date. We ship to US addresses only.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all US orders with no minimum order requirement.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Opened hygiene or personal care products are non-returnable.
How do I start a return?
Email support@greatbuysshop.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items; for change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation when processed.

Do your products require assembly?
Some products such as furniture and trampolines require assembly. All necessary hardware and an assembly guide are included in the package.
What if my item arrives damaged?
